Delivery
Please note – All plants are sent out barerooted and thus will only be despatched during the dormant period. All orders from April to October will be processed and will not be sent out until the dormant plant period usually between November and March, these will be barerooted and the prices stated on the website reflect this. If you wish to have your plants delivered outside of the dormant period then please contact the nursery for a delivery quote.

Returns and cancellation policy
We believe that all goods are supplied in good conditions and of reliable quality.  We will not be responsible for the health and welfare of plants after they have been despatched (issues arising from transit should be taken up with the courier) nor will we be responsible for the replacement of any plant which fails to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond our control.

In the event of any error of ours in making up a consignment, please notify us immediately and confirm in writing within 7 days, when the matter will be put right either by a further despatch or by a refund of your payment.  If you have any query or complaint about goods, let us know promptly, for we cannot be responsible for failures occurring weeks or months later, by which time so many circumstances beyond our control or knowledge are likely to have had a bearing on the matter.

If an order is cancelled before we despatch it, then a full refund will be made.  Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been despatched.

Enquiries from outside the UK – If you wish to have plants sent outside of the UK you will accept the risks involved and will inform us of your customs instructions. We will retain proofs of sending and will not refund any loss or damaged in transit.
